My method for keeping bottom of guy post embedded in concrete. That's a bag of sackcrete with a hole cut out of the wrapper. The I-beam is then set into it.

Let the stacking begin! We used the tractor as a winch, with a pulley at the base of the tower to keep any horizontal force in check.
